Cancellation Policy
Since C4Profits provides immediate digital access to courses, video lessons, and associated educational materials upon purchase, we do not support order cancellations. Once a transaction is successfully completed, the enrollment cannot be cancelled or retracted.
Refund Policy
All course purchases on C4Profits are final. Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges once course access has been granted to your account.
We highly recommend that you review the course curriculum, check out the free preview lessons, and read all course details before making a purchase.
Duplicate Transactions & Payment Failures
In the event that you are charged multiple times for a single enrollment due to a payment gateway glitch or technical error:
- Please contact our support team immediately at support@c4profits.com or via the contact form on our website.
- Provide your registered email address, mobile number, and screenshots or references for the duplicate transactions.
- Once verified, any duplicate transaction amounts will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
